Sisters, Lucretia and Candace, owners of Relaxed & Refined Menswear, grew up in Sweetwater, TN in a family-owned business environment and have very strong connections to the community. Upon Lucretia’s retirement from the healthcare field and Candace’s return to Sweetwater following her traveling as a military family, the discussion began about opening our own business in Sweetwater.
There were two key factors in our decision to open a menswear store. First, we wanted to provide a service that was not already provided in Sweetwater. Upon meeting and speaking with members of the community, the number one request was the need for a men’s store. Second was location. We knew we had to be centrally located downtown and waited patiently for that perfect spot to become available.
Our business philosophy is to offer quality clothing and provide exceptional customer service. Our customers are the heart of every decision we make.
